before any treatment wrap your hands in a hot towel for a few minutes. This will open up your pores and allow the moisture in.
if any of these ever start to tingle or irritate your skin, stop and rinse off. Remember, everyone’s skin is different.
we all love nice smells so add a pure essential oil such a as lavender, mint, rose scent to any of your scrubs and masks.
there is no fixed rule with the quantities of the ingredients, trial and error prevails or practice makes perfect.

banana: rub the inside skin of the banana on your skin to moisturize
honey: is full of nutrients & great for the texture of the skin
