So how did he end up in the Windy City? After 10 years in the global nightlife scene, Newby took time off to refine his mixology skills, and then, in search of a new adventure, he landed in Chicago, almost instantly finding his calling at hip nightspot The Underground. But while this jet-setter has seen luxury on all sides of the globe, when it comes to vacationing, you’ll most likely find him at his Mum’s home in the UK.
