An American born fashion designer and stylist, Tierney is known for bringing “Rocker infused chic to the dinner party.” Joey began her career touring with Britney Spears and although she's most often noted for styling Emmy Award winning actress, Jaime Pressly, she has dressed everyone from A-list movie stars and musicians to socialite fashionistas including Paris Hilton, Juliette Lewis, Andy Garcia and The Pussycat Dolls.
Tierney made the WWD Beauty Biz “It List” in April 2007, described as being one of “a comprehensive roundup of the stylist that celebrities have on speed dial.” In the fall of 2007, Tierney launched her ready to wear collection, “Joey Tierney,” in the main tent at the Mercedes-Benz L.A. Fashion Week.
Joey's engaging personality and ability to adapt to others' sense of personal style is key to her success and attributes to her extensive roster of A-listers. She has been featured as an on-camera celebrity style expert for E! Entertainment's, Fashion Police and has also been featured in WWD, In Style, US Weekly, People & Marie Claire .
