Only a Bergdorf-shopping, pencil skirt-loving girly girl like Rebecca Miller could design Shuella, a shoe umbrella that allows women to wear their fanciest footwear in the rain—without drenching their Manolos. After 30 years in sales and marketing, Miller got back to her roots (she graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a degree in fashion design) and launched Shuella last fall. With shout-outs in Lucky, Cosmopolitan and on “Good Morning America,” Miller’s future seems bright. But don’t worry—she’s already got her sunscreen on.
